These Terms of Service («Terms») govern your use of Synopse Studio («the Service»), a web application at synopseonline.com that helps schedule and publish short-form video to connected social platforms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, or connecting a social account to the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Synopse Studio provides tools to manage video assets, generate captions, schedule posts and publish to platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram using official APIs after you authorize access via OAuth («Connect»).

3. Accounts and access

You must keep your Studio login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for activity under your workspace account.
You may connect only social accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

4. Content you publish

You retain rights to content you upload or schedule.
You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content solely to operate the Service (including upload to platforms you select).
You are solely responsible that your content and publications comply with applicable law and with the terms of YouTube, Meta and other platforms.
We do not pre-screen all content; we may refuse or remove material that violates these Terms or platform rules.

5. Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on Google, Meta and other third-party APIs. Their availability, quotas, policies and outages are outside our control. Connecting an account requires consent on that platform’s screens; you may disconnect at any time in Studio Settings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for spam, malware, harassment, illegal content or IP infringement
Attempt unauthorized access to the Service, other workspaces or connected accounts
Abuse rate limits or reverse-engineer the Service except as allowed by law

7. Fees

This deployment may be operated for a specific workspace without a public paid plan. Any future paid features will be described separately before charges apply.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided «as is» without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for failed publishes caused by third-party API limits, revoked tokens, network issues or incorrect settings you configure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim (or zero if none). We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost content, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect social accounts. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. Data deletion options for Meta-connected data are described on our Data Deletion page.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The «Last updated» date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
